At West Davis Hair Care, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service.
Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products. This policy helps ensure the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.
We will gladly replace products that are defective, damaged, or received in error. To be eligible for a replacement, customers must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of receiving their order.
To request a replacement, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the defective or damaged product
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement product or store credit at our discretion.
West Davis Hair Care reserves the right to deny claims submitted after the seven-day notification period or claims that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
